Your room is booked at Iscon The Fern, and shuttles run from there to Gehna Farms and Anupam Farms for the wedding and the brunch. If you're driving, there's parking at both.

The Blackbuck Lodge, Velavadar
A lodge on the edge of the Velavadar grasslands, about an hour north of Bhavnagar — the place to base yourself for dawn and dusk drives among the blackbuck, harriers and wolves. December is peak season, so book ahead.

Victoria Park, Bhavnagar
A sprawling green pocket right in the city, with old banyan and mangrove-fringed trails, deer, and birdlife — an easy, shaded walk if you want a break from the farm.
A day in the wild
Gir National Park
About 210 km from Bhavnagar, roughly 4–5 hours by road depending on route and stops. Gir is the last natural home of the Asiatic lion. December is a lovely time to visit; safari permits are booked online.

Late December in Bhavnagar runs to highs near 27°C and lows around 14°C, dry and clear — it hardly rains at all. Lovely by day; bring a shawl or light jacket if you're staying out until sunrise.

Sunglasses for the brunch, a layer for the night. Comfortable shoes for the farm, and a second pair you can dance in.

How do I get there?
Preferred flight numbers and timings are listed in the flight options box above. Ahmedabad is about a 3–3.5 hour drive from Bhavnagar, and we will coordinate cabs.

Yes — rooms are booked for all guests at Iscon The Fern. Just RSVP with your guest count so we can confirm yours.
What should I wear?
Indian traditional for the wedding on the 27th. Italian, in lemon yellow and blue, for the brunch on the 28th. Indo-Western for the Starry Night that evening.
Is there parking?
Yes, at both the Fern and the farm. And if you'd rather not drive, the shuttles run between them through both days.
When do you need my RSVP?
By 31st October 2026, so we can lock in rooms and numbers.
